Specify the supply — Barka tip
Ask for frame references, glazing composition, hardware, seals and accessories. ‘Double glazing’ alone does not describe the whole window. Request the manufacturer’s documentation for any claimed performance.
Include installation — Barka tip
Check removal, disposal, substrate adaptation, junction sealing and paint repairs. At handover, test each handle and opening with the installer, record issues and request written warranties. Barka does not provide a national per-square-metre price.

Are two per-square-metre quotes comparable?
Only when dimensions, materials, accessories and included work match. Ask for a total per opening to spot small items charged separately.
