Ask for the written fee schedule: account maintenance, card, transfers, other banks’ ATMs and alerts. Compare the annual total for your usage. One bank’s terms do not apply to every bank.
Before your appointment
Ask the branch for documents required for your residence and employment situation, and any initial deposit. Keep a copy of the agreement and your bank account details after opening.
