CNSS registration and health coverage are not the same document. CNAM outpatient pathways include public care, private care and reimbursement. Check your own pathway before preparing paperwork.
Understand a reimbursement
What you pay the practitioner is not necessarily the reimbursement basis. Contractual tariffs, ceilings and coverage conditions matter. Our example explains the fields; it does not calculate your personal entitlement.

What should I prepare before contacting the service?
Prepare the relevant reference, dates, a short explanation and useful evidence. Ask for the current document requirements and keep the request number. Do not share secret codes.
